The temperature to fuel pressure configuration is simpler and
less sensitive to noise in measurments.
For example, if the fuel in use is fuel oil. In this case
most of the inlet flow is being circulated and, the net fuel
consumption is the difference between two measurments
of the same magnitude, so the net flow is very noisy.
In the case of fuel gas one should not neglect f.g header pressure
and f.g header composition.
Temperature to fuel pressure control avoids these problems.
